A. God sees the iniquity and intentions of our heart.
B. God grieves at the sin of mankind.
C. God said He will finally judge all sin.
3. God’s Preservation of His Promise
A. God’s purpose for mankind is not defeated by sin.
B. God’s promise to mankind is not defeated by sin.
